As a field technician, your main responsibilities will be the installation and maintenance of TV monitoring equipment. Arranging service calls to designated households is part of the remit; efficiency and immaculate standards of customer service are expected at all times.
You must have sound technical ability to install and service the TV metering equipment. An understanding of A/V routing (scart, RGB, Composite video etc.) in domestic environments is preferred but not essential. A degree of flexibility is also needed, as you must be prepared to work ‘out of area’ as and when required.
As a Telecoms Regional Operations Manager for BT Openreach External Network, you will ensure that contractual requirements are delivered and you will ensure that challenging projects and work streams are delivered to budget and specification.
