Hays Contact Centres Temp of the Year!
The Hays Contact Centres Temp of the Year 2008 is Dhruv Shukla, who was nominated by Thomas Park, team leader at RBS Insurance in . The awards proved a great success and a large number of outstanding nominations were received for those working in call centre jobs.
Consistently high standard
“Dhruv is very obliging, and is always keen to help out. He is excellent at selling, and always confident when he builds a rapport with our customers.,” explained Thomas Park.
Dhruv’s wide array of achievements encompassed team management, database building (both internal and external) and client visit hosting, all of which caught the judges’ eye.
Recognition for contribution
