HMV terms and conditions
1. Offer open to UK residents only aged between 13 or over (purchases under 18 must obtain parent or legal guardian approval for download registration).
2. Closing Date for £3 Free Download offer is 30th April 08.
3. Only one £3 HMV Download code per person.
4. Customers availing of this offer will need to register with HMV Digital in order to access the Service and redeem downloads. You will be required to provide us with your name, email address, postal address and a password.
5. A payment method will be required to register an account with HMV Digital. This Service is only available to individuals aged 13 or older. If you are 18 or over you may enter into a contract with us on your own behalf and register to use the Services. If you are 13 or over but under the age of 18, you should review these terms with your parent or legal guardian to ensure that you and your parent or legal guardian understands and agrees to these terms and your parent or legal guardian must enter into the contract on your behalf.
6. Upon completion of the HMV Digital registration, your e-wallet will be credited with £3.
7. There is no charge for registering an account unless you choose to purchase downloads in addition to this promotion.
8. Minimum system requirements are Windows XP with Service Pack 2 and broadband Internet connection.
